Sherman R Smith Community building was built in 2015 for community events and public rental. If you are interested in renting please see attached application, and return to City Hall at 680 N. Crystal Farms Rd. in Tatum with deposit.
The SRS Venue leases for $ 600.00 Depost $ 400.00 Deposit is refundable within 5 business days after final inspection. Deposit must be paid to reserve for the scheduled day/night.
Reception Area/Board Room: 300 sq. ft $200 deposit/$200 per day
Reception Area/Board Room with kitchen access: $200 deposit: $300 rental
